I have been troubled by obesity ever since young, and in high school I was almost 100Kg. So In university I decided to change my life around and take control of my life, and start dieting to lose weight. It is a long and painful process, and many times I felt discouraged because I don't see results fast enough, or the pounds kept coming back. However I want to say that if you stick with it, you will see the results in the end. I am 183CM and about 85KG now, and working towards my goal of 80KG. (This is in Canada, the standard weight for guys isn't as low as Taiwan...guys being too skinny isn't good either) I want to share with you guys the steps I took
1. Working out at the gym at least 3 days a week
2. Do Cardio the other days when your not in the gym.
3. Eat a lot of food, but HEALTHY food.
4. No coke/pepsi/soft drinks or anything like that, just drink plenty of water.
5. Get enough sleep, and be stress free.
6. No midnight snacks/food.
I strongly believe that with the above steps and a strong determined mind, you don't need to eat other things like fat-burning pills or any other pills, losing weight naturally is the best way to go! Good luck with everyone on the fight to burn more fat! |
