ISA is a tool, it can be good for the country if being used properly, at other hand it shall destroy democracy if being misused.

We cannot ban the use of knives just because it can kill. However we shall control the use of knives. The act itself can be good to our nation, provided it has to be used in a right way.

It should be revised, not banned.
